What's included:
- We provide everything except snacks, personal items, clothing, rain gear, & footwear. Expect to carry 6-10 pounds.
- We will provide everything you need for this Glamping style backpacking trip in the Coconino National Forest. We will provide day packs and carbon trekking poles, or feel free to bring your own.
- Water will be provided along the way. All you can drink coffee and drink mix while at camp. Mountain house meals will be on the menu. Wine and Rose will be served by the campfire (campfire restrictions may apply). We will serve French croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast.
- Hike to your tent site where you will find your very own private tent fully set up with sleeping bags & sleeping pads, camp pillows, backpacking chairs, headlamps, and backpacking stove/fuel.
- Simply relax, take off your pack and start mingling with other hikers.
Don't forget to pack sunglasses, a brimmed hat, and medications you are currently taking.
NOTES: Since this is a Level 3 difficulty prior moderate/intermediate hiking is required.
This is a primitive campsite.
Porters will carry the gear up and down the mountain and will not be hiking with the group. Since there are no vault toilets present, each hiker will be provided with a digging tool (small trowel), along with toilet paper and hand sanitizer.

In order to take part in this event, you must fill the "Pre-screen Questionnaire" at the bottom of this page. If you've already filled the Pre-screen at a prior Amourdetoi event, you do not need to fill it again. Failure to fill the Pre-screen in a timely manner will result in an automatic refund.
The Matchmaker will properly pair you at her discretion.

Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just starting out, this Solo Matchmaking Hike caters to all skill levels.
A day pack is recommended (bring water, sun protection, appropriate footwear). Bring a rain jacket. Dress for the weather.
*The pair can opt out from hiking if they choose so and instead find a place to sit and enjoy conversations on a bench, etc...
